We provide VIP Greeting Services for guests departing or arriving from/to at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), especially for the high-class sendoff and reception of business travelers.

VIP Greeting Services takes the hassle out of airport check-in, long lines and heavy luggage. Our experienced airport concierges will meet departing and arriving passengers to assist and expedite check-in, immigration, customs, luggage check-in/claim, use of VIP/First Class Lounge, arrival greeting or see-off and other service that may be needed.

Arrival: Passengers will be met upon the point of arrival by staff and attended to from the moment they land. The service includes welcome with name-sign, assistance with immigration formalities and clearance, luggage collecting, and escort to the arrival hall or VIP/First Class lounge.

Departure: Passengers arrive VIP/First Class lounge and enjoy a relax time. The staff will handle various types of boarding procedures on passengers’ behalf or provide assistance, including check-in, luggage, security and/or customs clearance until escort them to their boarding gate or transfer to cabin gate by VIP car. 

Domestic Departure VIP Services Inclusions:

• One parking spot in VIP parking area (limit to 01 hour)
• Use of VIP Lounge
• Assistance with check-in formalities
• Handle luggage procedures (excess baggage fees to be paid by clients themselves)
• Provide VIP/First Class security clearance lane
• VIP car to transport to the cabin gate (if boarding by walkway, staff accompany to walkway gate)

International Departure VIP Services Inclusions:

• Meet & greet at Gate No.8 of departure hall
• Assistance with check-in formalities
• Handle luggage procedures (excess baggage fees to be paid by clients themselves)
• First Class track for passport control
• Escort to use of First Class Lounge at waiting hall

Domestic Arrival VIP Services Inclusions:

• One parking spot in VIP parking area (limit to 01 hour)
• Meet & greet at point of arrival with client name as welcome sign
• Escort guests to the arrival hall or VIP lounge (If plane parks away from gate, VIP car will do the transport to VIP lounge)
• Use of VIP Lounge
• Assistance with baggage claim
• VIP car to transport to the parking lot or nearby airport hotels

International Arrival VIP Services Inclusions:

• Meet & greet at point of arrival with client name as welcome sign
• Assistance with baggage claim
• Assistance with immigration formalities and clearance
• Fast track/Priority channel for passport control
• Escort guests to the arrival hall waiting area or transit to next flight
