Step 01: Enquiry
Browse our ready-made tour itineraries or services posted on the website and select one suitable for you. Please click the "BOOK NOW" button to get to the booking page, fill in the form and then submit it to us.
For tailor-made tours, MICE or any specialised travel service, plese fill in "CONTACT US" form or directly send us an e-mail to info@cantontours.com with your requirements. Kindly request to provide us as much detailed information as possible so as to help us optimize your customized travel plan more effectively.
Step 02: Quotation
Upon receiving the enquiry, our travel advisor will work out a suggested proposal with our best price for you as soon as possible. In most of the cases you will receive a reply within 24 hours, sometimes sooner.
Step 03: Amendment
A careful perusal is needed after receiving our proposal and we welcome any suggestions, comments and advice that you may offer. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us if you require any further assistance. We will be pleased to make any changes you like and send an updated quotation when tailoring your tour.
Step 04: Confirmation
Step 03 will be repeated until you are completely satisfied with the final tour plan and send us a confirmation or booking request e-mail stating your acceptance of our offer. Be sure to peruse our Terms & Conditions as well before any decision been made.
Step 05: Payment
Once receiving your confirmation, we will immediately start processing the reservations and issue INVOICE & CONFIRMATION afterwards to proceed with payment. Meanwhile, you will be asked to provide further information such as your scan copy of passport bio page, international flight schedule, welcome sign or pick-up name at airport, roomlist list and bed type, food notice and so on. Do remember to send us your bank slip after payment to secure your booking.
Step 06: Enjoyment
Detailed TRAVEL VOUCHER with day wise itinerary and contact details will be sent one or two weeks prior to departure. Your will enjoy your wonderfule China tour.
