In the three-day event,  travel agencies and companies from 81 countries and regions will exchange their views and share information. BITE provides a platform for professional exhibitors and potential buyers to conclude business face to face, which is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors, said Beijing Tourism Development Committee.

In 2012, the total number of tourists has reached 231 million, a year-on-year increase of 8.1 percent. The general income for the capital's tourism industry was 362.7 billion yuan USD 59 billion, up 12.8 percent year-on-year, said the committee.
